Utaratibu wa kula kwa kila mtu ni Asubuhi, Mchana na Jioni. Baadhi yetu tunaongeza Mlo in between na wengine hatumudu Milo miwili kwa siku.
Sijawahi kujinyima ili kupungua au kukonda, nimekuwa chembamba maisha yangu yote ya Usichana mara boom nikafikia size 12(Mimba hizo).
Nikajiambia, ah nikijifungua nitakuwa nakwenda Gym ili nirudie kamwili kangu ka enzi....aiii muda si ukagoma kutokea. Nikaamua tu kupiga mazoezi yangu mwenyewe nyumbani.
Sikuweza ku-keep up na mazoezi kutokana na Uchovu (mother of two kids under 5 baibeee isn't as easy as Celebs looove to lie on our faces)....
Nkapiga mahesabu, mmh am on my 30s nikishangaa hapa nitakuwa na kitambi for life....nifanye nini sasa wajameni?
Nikapata jibu...relax Dinah Relax.....wacha Kichanga afikishe miezi 9 (atakuwa anajitegemea...kukaa peke yake na kulala vema usiku) alafu ndio uanze mambo yako.
Kusubiri mpaka afikishe miezi 9, mbali alafu sio guarantee atakuwa "anajitegemea" au kulala vizuri. Back to my hesabu!
Anhaaa!! Nitakuwa nakula Dinner (Wali/Viazi/Ndizi/Ugali + Mboga yeyote) asubuhi na Breakfast Jioni (Uji, Ndizi 1 + Chai au Mkate na Yai + Chai).
Well, sina hakika "diet" yangu imesaidia mimi kupungua au ni kunyonyesha + Mazoezi.....lakini najua kuwa imechangia kwa namna moja au nyingine.
Sijawahi kuwa Mnene hivyo kugonga size 12 hakika nilikuwa Kibonge (in my head) na hata wadogo zangu waliokuwa wakiniita "Chikonda" mara wakawa wananiita "Chibonge"....
Mambo ya kufuata Diet za so called wataalam au Watu Mashuhuri/Maarufu zinabadilika ka' software na zinaongeza stress tu....
Kula pale unapohisi njaa na kula kiasi....
